The apartment has a garden with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying a lovely outdoor meal with friends and family. It's like having your own private backyard oasis! We were pleasantly surprised to find an ATM within the apartment building. It was super convenient for getting cash without having to search for one outside. The flat-screen TV in the apartment provided great entertainment during our stay. We loved relaxing on the sofa and catching up on our favorite shows and movies. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a huge bonus. It meant we could pack light and not worry about running out of clean clothes during our trip. The apartment offers free WiFi, which made it easy for us to stay connected and share our amazing experiences with friends and family online.

The shower cubicle is quite small, so it may not be ideal for taller individuals. But at least the water pressure was excellent and the temperature was just right!

We had an enjoyable stay in Ware close enough to the railway and all amenities, London and surrounding towns and centre of ware. Staff was very very nice and kind, helped with everything...

The value for money was excellent, and the room was beautifully presented with everything we needed. The location was perfect, right near the train station and with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were accommodating and lovely to deal with.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with a wider variety of options.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming and brought a sense of elegance to the surroundings. The antique furniture and beautiful artwork showcased the hotel's attention to detail and provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere for senior guests. The general areas, such as the garden and lounge, were easily accessible for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay with ease.

It would have been even better if the hotel had a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests with any specific needs or inquiries. The children of the staff did their best, but having someone specially trained to cater to the needs of older guests would have enhanced the vacation experience for seniors.

The landlord was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge and the prompt response when we left something behind. I highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in Ware.
